Dani Roberts, Registered Dietitian & Certified Eating Disorder Specialist

Offering outpatient nutritional counseling services for children, adults, and adolescents.

Hi There!

My name is Dani and I am a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) in the St. Louis area. My passion includes helping people of all ages with disordered eating, chronic dieters, or individuals who currently or previously struggled with an eating disorder make peace with food. I have experience working with this population since 2013 and have been working with outpatient clients since 2020.

If you are looking to sort out the truths and lies we read about nutrition, make eating more ‘simple’ and less ‘complicated,’ and live a life free of ‘food rules and restrictions,’ I believe I can help you. I would love to use my nutrition expertise to help you achieve your healthiest and happiest self.

I’m licensed in Missouri and Florida, and I’m able to see clients in Illinois and in many other states. Reach out to see if we can work together via virtual sessions.

Client Testimonials

“Dani went out of her way to offer continued support after our daughter went to college. She actually got licensed in another state so that our daughter could continue her virtual sessions. Her treatment sessions with our daughter have been an incredible step towards finding a healthy relationship with food.”

“Her outlook on eating disorders is incredible. I’ve learned so much and have been able to apply the knowledge I’ve gained from sessions with Dani into my everyday life. I’ve found authentic joy in things I used to reprimand myself for doing. I took, and continue to take pride in the progress I made and continue to make. Most importantly, I am now capable of self-acceptance and self-love whether I succeed, fail, or anything in between.”

“I had never had a treatment experience in which the "how" and "why" of the eating disorder were addressed. This has proven to be essential in my treatment with Dani. She has taught me how to be a shamelessly authentic individual, and it gave me a sense of safety to explore what it means to be myself outside of my disorder.”
